"I began my personal training with Lois in July 2012. When I began to train with her, I had not exercised for over twenty years. While working with Lois, I was able to learn how to perform many types of exercises which I never had thought I would be able to. We worked on everything from weight training to cardio to resistance training, all tailored to my individual needs and limitations. Lois was always patient with me, but pushed me when she saw I needed it. She encouraged me, and from our work together, I lost pounds and inches, and feel better about the way I look. I feel able to do things I really never thought I could, especially given the fact that I have dual knee replacements, and was fearful of working out because of that. Lois found a way around my limits, and also helped me to strengthen my knees in the process. I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially a person who is questioning whether or not they are able to take on an exercise routine. Right now I am a "work in progress," but I am more optimistic about my abilities than ever before, and when I look in the mirror, I finally like what I see. Lois really helped me believe in myself!"

"Hello, my name is Doris Kohn, I met Lois three years ago.  I was given her name by a women who had been a group instructor and told me she knew of a wonderfuwomen who could come to my home and help me with my fitness needs.  At the time I was working full time and by the time I got home, Iwas to tired to go to any gyms or fitness classes.  I was also afraid to go because in the past I had seen many trainers being extremely hard on some clients and I knew that was not for me.  I was recovering from a frozen shoulder which I could not even lift an inch., and I was afraid to make it worst, yet I knew I really needed to work out.   I called Lois and after meeting she designed a  fitness regimen catered to my specific fitness needs, and  also incorporated a program to help my frozen shoulder.  It did take a few months but now I am able to use my arm in ways I never thought I would again. "Hi my name is Joyce.  I found Lois through a friend at my local church.  I had just had a hip replacement and was depending on my cane to walk.  It caused me to gain twelve pounds.  I was feeling very tired all the time and was eating all the wrong foods, which I later learned working with Lois.  I have to say within a month, I did not need my cane anymore and was carrying the laundry from my basement to my second floor, which I was unable to do since my surgery.  Lois also taught me a lot about nutrition and thinking positive.   I must say she is so well rounded in all that she teaches and is a great example to follow.  She is so patient and really listens to your needs.  When you are working with her, she will give you her undivided attention. "Hello my name is Lydia Ramos. I have been training with Lois for over a year.  I have always been very over weight.  After my last child my weight really got out of control.  I felt very uncomfortable in gyms.  My family and I went on vacation to a spot we often visit.  I was unable to climb out of the water onto a raft, which was the only way to get out of the water. Imagine how that made me feel.  That is when I decided that I have to do something when I returned home.  It was my mom who met Lois at a local gym class and got her number. I called her and the rest is history.  She has changed my life and taught me so much.  I lost over 23 plds in a few months and was able to get off of the floor much easier and quicker than I could remember.  I also would get short of breath running up the steps of my home, and that has also improved.  I am camera shy and still have a ways to go, but I am so grateful for Lois and all she is teaching me.  She also gives me exercises to do on days that I don't see her.  She is a wonderful women, so understanding and kind and gives me so much incouragement to stay on track.  She is an inspiration to me.
